Our philosophy
Here, the focus is on how the movements feels, not how it looks. That’s why our studio has no mirrors.
Practicing without mirrors helps develop body awareness and proprioception — the ability to sense and control your body in space without visual feedback.
This has many benefits, including improved movement efficiency, injury prevention, joint health, and a stronger mind-body connection.

This energising barre class builds strenght to the rhythm of feel-good beats in the most empowering way, leaving you glowing from the inside out. It’s steady, fun and offers that deep barre burn we love.

This revitalising barre class lifts your energy, awaken your body and tone your muscles in a slower, more mindful pace - but you can still feel that satisfying barre burn. Perfect for days when you need movement to clear your mind and reset your body.

ALIGN
For the Pilates lover: if you enjoy mindful core work, controlled movement, and building strength with precision, this class will feel familiar yet refreshing. Start with gentle, flowing yoga to awaken the body, move into barre sequences synced with your breath, and finish with restorative relaxation to fully release tension after a long day.

RESTORE
Some days, your body and mind simply need rest and recovery. This deeply nurturing practice releases tension and helps bring your nervous system back into balance. You're welcome to ground yourself through stillness, slow breathing and gentle movement. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea and take a restorative moment just for yourself.

About the founder
I created this studio for women like us — women with long days, full calendars and the desire to feel good in their bodies again.
I believe movement should be grounding, empowering and sustainable. And I teach in a way that helps you truly understand your body, build confidence and feel strong in the most functional, everyday way.
