As a thank you to our members — and to welcome those joining us for the year ahead — we’re hosting a members-only January wellness gathering, designed to help you reset gently and intentionally after the busy end of the year.

What to expect

During the workshop, we’ll gather in the studio to slow down, connect, and share practical tools you can actually take into daily life.

You’ll learn:

  • My simple, go-to everyday smoothie and fresh juice recipes that support stable energy, nourish and hydrates from the inside out. Easy enough for busy mornings and tired evenings!

  • How to build a regular juicing or smoothie routine without it becoming another thing on your to-do list

  • Small, grounding hair and skincare rituals that help you stay balanced and hydrated through the heart of winter

  • How nourishment, movement, and rest work together to support your nervous system, especially when life feels full.
